Art I With Mrs. Travis
Grading Policy
It is important for students to understand what my goals and objectives are for them. Students must understand what they are expected to learn before they can take responsibility for their own learning. The permanent overall Goals & Objectives for the year are listed below. However, I will have daily/weekly objectives that will change from day to day, throughout the year. The students daily objectives will be listed on the white board at the front of the room. Classroom Procedures. Classroom Goals & Objectives will be posted at the front of the classroom to illustrate the permanence and importance. Having a visual for students will help in creating the positive motivation I desire within my classrooom.
The first week of the school year will be designated for introducing and discussing Classroom Goals & Objectives. We will discuss the classroom goals & objectives as a large group and will be using role play to develop their understanding.
